Cultiv8 Audits, Surveys & Diagnostics™

Twenty-two instruments. One honest answer.

Three lines of measurement in one product. Organizational audits show what your culture is actually like. Multi-rater reviews show how a leader is really seen, from four directions at once. Individual assessments show a person who they are as a leader. All deterministically scored, almost all readable in Tamil and Sinhala alongside the scored English, and the written report comes in all three.

The problem it solves

When a survey or audit is actually needed, most organizations end up in one of three places. They run it themselves on a free tool and are left to interpret the results without knowing what a good score even looks like, and once that tool's trial ends or the account lapses, the data and the history behind it go with it. They paste the answers into a generic AI and get a plausible-sounding readout with no rigor behind it. Or they outsource it to a large firm for a fee most teams cannot justify.

We built the instrument library, the scoring and the reporting so none of that is the choice anymore. Your entire history stays in one place, every survey you have ever run, so a result means something against what came before it, not just against itself.

The catalogue

Every instrument, by name

Three lines, built for three different questions: what is our culture actually like, how is this leader really seen, and who am I as a leader. Every one is scored deterministically, and the AI writes the narrative from the finished numbers, never the numbers themselves.

Organizational audits

10 instrumentsFor a team, a department or a whole company

Anonymous, multi-respondent instruments that show what your culture is actually like rather than what it reports. Results are never attributed to an individual, and no group is reported on until enough people from it have answered.

Culture & Alignment

The 8C model applied to an organization: eight culture signals plus Consistency at the core, and the gap between the culture leadership believes exists and the culture the front line experiences.

Whether people are invested in the work and whether the day to day actually works. Two scores, reported separately, because a single blended number hides the at-risk cohort and the coasting cohort alike.

Leadership and team reviews

3 instrumentsMulti-rater: self, team, peers and manager

The same person seen from four directions at once. Each rater gets their own tokenised link, and the output is one blended picture rather than a set of individual verdicts, so honesty stays safe.

Leadership Maturity

How a leader behaves when it is hard: under pressure, under criticism, under uncertainty, and when they are wrong. Maturity, not capability.

Manager Effectiveness

Whether managers here are effective, and separately, whether they have the capacity to be. Two forms: manager self-report (Form M, 30 items) and team report on their manager (Form T, 20 capability items). The gap between the two is the finding.

What makes it different

01

Ten organizational audits, not one culture survey

Culture and alignment, trust, psychological safety, safety culture, engagement, belonging, change readiness and fatigue, AI readiness, retention risk, promotion and progression fairness. Each is its own purpose-built instrument, priced and run on its own, not the same questionnaire relabelled or a fixed bundle, so you pick the ones your organization actually needs. Every instrument is anonymous with a minimum group size before anything is reported.

02

Three multi-rater reviews, four directions at once

Leadership maturity, manager effectiveness and team maturity, each seen by the person themselves, their team, their peers and their manager. Every rater gets their own tokenised link, and the output is one blended picture rather than a set of individual verdicts, so honesty stays safe.

03

Nine individual assessments a leader takes alone

OCEAN, the Cultiv8 Enneagram, DISC, recovery, leadership readiness, values alignment, conflict style, communication style and AI-era readiness. Established frames and Cultiv8's own checks, written as a starting point rather than a label.

04

The AI never computes a number

Scoring is deterministic and lives in code, so the same answers always produce the same score. The AI receives the finished score object and writes the narrative from it. That is why the results can be trusted, and why they are reproducible.

05

Ask your report a question

Every generated report comes with its own chat, so if a finding is unclear or you are not sure what to do next, you ask in plain language and get an answer grounded in that report only, never a guess.

See it for yourself

Not a score. A written analysis, and someone to ask about it.

Most tools hand back a chart and leave you to interpret it. Every deterministically-scored result here becomes a full narrative report, and every report ships with its own AI assistant, grounded only in that report, for the follow-up question a chart alone never answers.

Executive summary

The pattern in this result is unusual: strong perceptual and communication skills sitting on top of a specific, structural gap in how you would actually operate as a manager once the promotion happens. You read situations and people well, score 89 on Reading People and 88 on Directness, both in the Ready band.

The problem is Letting Go, which scores 34 and lands in the Not yet band, by a wide margin the lowest result in the profile. This is close to the definitional core of management itself: the capacity to hand over control of work and outcomes to someone else, and tolerate it being done differently than you would do it.

Ask about this report1 of 5 questions used
What should I actually do about the Letting Go score before I start managing people?
Before taking on direct reports, hand off one whole piece of work you would normally keep and let it be finished differently than you would have done it, without redoing it after. The report calls this the one finding that changes what you do next, since the rest of the profile is already strong enough to make it easy to miss.

Answered only from the report itself, in plain language, never a guess and never a number the report did not already give. Five questions come with every report.

How it works

Three steps, no friction

1

Pick your instrument

Twenty to choose from across the three lines, or run several. Bulk create across a named group in one go.

2

Share the link

Each respondent or rater gets their own tokenised link. No account needed to answer, and responses stay confidential.

3

Read the result

A live dashboard as answers arrive, deterministic scores, and an AI-written report that explains what the numbers mean, what to do, and answers follow-up questions when you ask.

Who it is for
