Cultiv8Hub

Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 August 2026 · Last updated: 19 August 2026

1.Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Cultiv8, an individual business registered in the Western Province of Sri Lanka under certificate number WP/COL/DP/2026/00112, owned by Arun Haridharshan, registered office No. 28/1, Pereira Lane, Wellawatte, Colombo 06. We call ourselves “we”, “us” and “our”, and the platform at cultiv8hub.com “Cultiv8Hub”.

By creating an account or using Cultiv8Hub you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data and forms part of these terms.

2.Who can use Cultiv8Hub

You must be 18 or older. If you are using Cultiv8Hub through a university, school or other institution, that institution is responsible for obtaining any consents required for students under 18, and access is granted through the institution rather than directly.

If you are accepting these terms for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3.Your account

  • Each person needs their own account. Do not share your login.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your email address current, because it is how we reach you about your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at connect@cultiv8hub.com if you think someone else has access to it.
  • Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

4.What Cultiv8Hub is

A platform offering, at the date of these terms:

  • The Cultiv8 Conscious Leadership Program™. A self-paced leadership course arranged in four journeys and a capstone.
  • The Cultiv8tor. An AI mentoring service.
  • Cultiv8 Audits, Surveys and Diagnostics. Assessments, surveys, 360 reviews and organizational audits, with reports.
  • The Cultiv8 L&D Engine. Evaluation, gap analysis and a personalized growth plan.
  • The Cultiv8 Leadership Journal. Your notes, reflections and journal entries from every product, in one place.

We add, change and remove features as the platform develops. We will not remove something you have paid for during the period you have paid for it without offering you a refund for the unused part.

Reopening a survey and its AI report

A closed and scored survey, individual or organizational, can be reopened to collect more responses. To keep the cost of writing and rewriting a report bounded, three limits apply, stated here so they are never a surprise:

  • A survey may be reopened a maximum of three times in total.
  • The AI report for a given survey may be generated a maximum of three times in total, across its whole life. Reopening does not reset this: if you have already generated it once, two regenerations remain, however many times you reopen within the three-reopen limit.
  • Where a survey’s AI report includes a free “ask about this report” chat allowance, that allowance is cumulative for the life of the survey, not per report generation. If you have used 2 of your 10 included questions before reopening, 8 remain after the report is regenerated, not a fresh 10.

5.Free access

Every product has a free entry point, and the free version gives a real result rather than a preview:

  • Selected personal assessments, free to take.
  • The Cultiv8tor's first session.
  • The L&D Engine's self-evaluation.
  • The first journey of The Cultiv8 Conscious Leadership Program™, with no card required.

Free access is subject to fair use limits (section 12) and we may change what is offered free. We will not withdraw free access to something you are part way through without letting you finish it.

6.Buying for yourself

Prices, the billing period and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones displayed at the moment you buy, and those are the terms we will honour, whatever changes afterwards.

  • Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and do not include VAT, since Cultiv8 is not currently VAT-registered.
  • Payment is by the methods offered at checkout. At present that is bank transfer, confirmed with us directly over WhatsApp; card/online payment is not yet live, and we will describe it here once it is. We never see or store your card details.
  • Placing a bank-transfer order gives you access immediately, before we have confirmed your payment, so you are not left waiting on a transfer to clear. That access is automatically paused if payment is not confirmed within 2 hours, and restored the moment we confirm it, with nothing lost. If an order of yours has lapsed unpaid once before, your next order waits for us to confirm payment by hand rather than granting access immediately.
  • The Cultiv8tor is sold as a prepaid term, monthly or annual, and you choose which at checkout. Nothing renews automatically: your access runs to the end of the term you paid for and then ends, and you renew by buying another term whenever you choose. Because there is no recurring charge there is no subscription to cancel, and your card is never charged again unless you decide to renew. We will email you before your term ends so it does not lapse without warning.
  • Essentials is different: it is a single, one-time payment for lifetime access to the Leadership Program. Lifetime means the lifetime of the platform, not a term with an end date: it never renews, never expires and never asks for a second payment, and your access to it does not depend on any other package or subscription you do or do not hold. Lifetime is not an unconditional guarantee that outlives the business itself. If we ever discontinue Cultiv8Hub, we will give at least six months’ notice before shutdown, during which you can export your certificates, your progress records and your journal entries. Certificates you have already earned are yours to keep as exported files regardless of what happens to the platform afterward.
  • There is one individual subscription, the Cultiv8tor, so there is nothing to upgrade between and no tier that can leave part of the platform locked. Anyone who bought one of the earlier packages (Essentials, Graduate or Professional) before 26 August 2026 was moved onto it at no cost, since it includes everything those packages did.
  • Moving from Essentials to a subscription package is not a credited upgrade: it is simply buying that subscription at its normal price. The Leadership Program stays included, free, in every subscription package regardless of whether you separately bought Essentials, so there is nothing from your one-time payment to deduct.
  • If we change a List price, it applies from your next purchase or renewal, never to a purchase you have already made or a period you have already paid for.

The Launch rate, and Founding Members

Two different things, and we will say clearly at the time you buy which applies to you. Essentials, being a one-time lifetime purchase rather than a subscription, only takes part in the first of these: its own founding price is simply the discounted one-time amount, open on the same schedule as everyone else’s Launch rate, but with no monthly-or-annual choice and no path into Founding Member status, which is reserved for annual subscribers below.

  • The Launch rate is our discounted price, open to anyone who subscribes or buys Essentials on or before 31 December 2026, monthly, annual or one-time. Taken annually, the first year is charged at 11 months’ price for 12 months’ access.
  • From the second year onward, a Launch-rate subscriber keeps 15% off our List price for as long as they stay subscribed, whether they pay monthly or annually.
  • Founding Members are the first 1,111 subscribers who take the Launch rate on an annual plan. Monthly plans do not qualify, whichever package is chosen. Places are counted against real completed purchases, and once they are gone they are gone.
  • A Founding Member is charged 10 months’ price for 12 months’ access, and keeps that same rate at each annual renewal for 2 years, provided they keep renewing annually. Switching to monthly ends that arrangement: the monthly price is then the Launch rate less 15%.
  • After those 2 years, a Founding Member keeps 20% off our List price for as long as they stay subscribed, charged at 11 months’ price for 12 on an annual plan.
  • List pricing, by contrast, is not locked at all: it is whatever the current rate is at each renewal.
  • The percentages above are what we guarantee. The List price they are calculated against is not fixed forever: our own costs for the AI behind reports, the mentor and translation are billed to us in US Dollars, so a substantial fall in the rupee may require us to reprice List. Your discount off it does not change.

Hardship waiver

If you cannot afford the subscription, write to us explaining why the programme matters to you and how you intend to use it. We assess these individually and grant them at our discretion. It is not a discount code and there is no entitlement to one, but we do read every application and we do grant them.

7.Buying for a team, and activation keys

Team purchases work by activation key rather than by managing accounts on someone’s behalf.

  • You choose a product and a number of users and pay for them.
  • We generate an activation key that can be redeemed exactly that many times.
  • You share the key with your people yourself. We do not send invitations on your behalf.
  • Each person creates their own account and enters the key to unlock access.
  • One key unlocks one product. A person cannot redeem the same key twice.
Your dashboard shows you who redeemed a key and how they are progressing. It does not show you their results. You will never see their assessment scores, their 360 gap, their Cultiv8tor conversations, their journal or any report about them. This is not a setting. It is how the platform is built, and it is not negotiable, because the mentoring stops being honest the moment people believe their employer is reading it.

Redeemed access cannot currently be revoked or reassigned. Once a person redeems a key, that access is theirs for the term. Buy the number you intend to use.

Activation keys have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund once redeemed.

8.Organizational orders

Development users

  • The Leadership Program is sold per user as a one-time, lifetime purchase. The L&D Engine and The Cultiv8tor are sold per seat at a monthly rate, and can be reassigned to a new person when someone leaves. Every order has a minimum of 5 users or seats.
  • Organizational orders are prepaid for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, chosen when you order. The whole term is paid up front and nothing renews automatically: there is no recurring charge and therefore no subscription to cancel. When a term ends, access ends unless you place a new order. We will contact you before that happens.
  • Access goes live immediately when you place the order, before payment clears. This is deliberate, so your people are not waiting on a bank transfer.
  • In exchange, payment is due within 4 hours of the order. If it is not received, we may cancel the order and revoke any activation keys that have not yet been redeemed.
  • We cannot revoke access from someone who has already redeemed a key. That is the accepted cost of giving you immediate access, and it is a good reason to pay promptly.

Organizational audits

  • Sold as a flat annual fee based on the population being surveyed. Every instrument is included within that population, and each instrument may be run up to 5 times during the subscription year.
  • Survey setup and fielding begin immediately. A survey cannot wait, so we do not make you wait.
  • The AI-generated report is released once payment is received. You can run the survey and collect the responses before paying. You cannot download the analysis until you have.

Payment for organizations

Currently by invoice and bank transfer. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, except where section 8’s 4-hour development-access window applies. We will tell you if this changes.

Your responsibilities as an organizational customer

You confirm that:

  • You have the authority and the lawful right to give us the personal data you give us about your people, including names and email addresses.
  • You have told your people whatever your own legal obligations require you to tell them about the survey, why you are running it, and what will happen to the results.
  • You will not attempt to identify individual respondents from the aggregated results, or ask us to help you do so. We will refuse.

Where we process personal data on your instructions, we do so as your processor, and a separate Data Processing Agreement will be entered into before processing begins.

9.Refunds

  • Free tiers exist so that you can decide before you pay. Use them.
  • Individual subscriptions: seven days to change your mind, provided you have not used what you bought.
  • Using it means an AI call we have already paid for on your behalf, or paid content you have worked through. The full list is in the Refund Policy.
  • Downgrading to a smaller package takes effect at your next renewal. You keep what you already paid for until then, and nothing is credited or refunded for the difference.
  • Organizational orders: refundable before any coupon code has been redeemed and before any survey has been fielded. Once people have started, we cannot recall the value delivered.
  • AI-generated reports are not refundable once generated, because the cost is incurred at the moment you press the button. This is stated before you press it.
  • Where something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, we refund you regardless of the above.

The full terms, including exactly what counts as using the product, are in our Refund Policy. Refund requests go to connect@cultiv8hub.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

10.Certificates and certification

Certificates are issued by us, on our own authority. They are not accredited by any government, university or professional body, and we do not claim otherwise.

  • Completion certificates confirm you passed the required quizzes. They mean you learned the material.
  • Practitioner certificates require evidence that you applied the material in real situations, reviewed against a rubric, and may require attestation from a manager or peer.
  • Journeys carry minimum time periods before they can be completed, so the work cannot be rushed.
  • The final exam allows two attempts per cycle. If both are failed, you retake the flagged journeys and your attempts reset. You are never permanently locked out of anything on this platform.
  • We may revoke a certificate obtained through dishonesty, including fabricated practice logs or attestations.

Where a fee is charged for a certificate, it is stated before you commit to it.

11.What Cultiv8Hub is not

This section matters and it is written plainly on purpose.

Not medical, psychological or clinical advice. The assessments, reports, Cultiv8tor and course content are tools for professional and personal development. They are not a diagnosis, not a clinical assessment, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, psychologist, counsellor or therapist. Do not use them as one, and do not use them to make decisions about anyone’s health.

Not a hiring, promotion or termination tool. Assessment results describe patterns and self-perceptions at a point in time. They must not be used to select, promote, discipline or dismiss anyone, and any organization doing so is acting outside these terms.

Not predictive. Personality and style instruments, including the Enneagram, are offered as a lens on patterns, not as a prediction of what anyone will do. Treat them accordingly.

Not legal, financial or HR compliance advice. Organizational audit findings are information for you to act on with your own advisers.

AI output can be wrong. The Cultiv8tor and the report generator produce guidance, not facts. Read them with judgment. Nothing they produce should be followed without your own thinking, which is rather the point of the whole platform.

If you are in crisis or distress, please contact a qualified professional or a local support service. Cultiv8Hub is not a crisis service and cannot help you in an emergency.

12.Acceptable use and fair use

Do not:

  • Share your account, or resell or redistribute access.
  • Copy, download in bulk, republish or resell our course content, instruments, questions or reports.
  • Use automated tools to scrape the platform or to generate Cultiv8tor traffic.
  • Attempt to identify individual respondents from aggregated survey results.
  • Submit someone else's contact details as a rater without a genuine working relationship with them.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything containing another person's data you have no right to share.
  • Interfere with the platform's security, or probe it, other than through responsible disclosure to connect@cultiv8hub.com, which we welcome.

Fair use of AI features. The Cultiv8tor has usage limits, because every message has a real cost. Limits are applied per account and are set at a level that ordinary use will not reach. If you reach one, we will tell you.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious, we will contact you first.

13.Who owns what

We own the platform. The software, the Cultiv8 methodology, the course content, the diagnostic instruments and their items, the scoring logic, the report templates and the Cultiv8 and Cultiv8Hub names and logos are ours or licensed to us. Your subscription is a licence to use them, not a transfer of them. That licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when your access ends.

You own what you write. Your notes, reflections, journal entries, practice logs and answers are yours. You give us the limited permission we need to store them, display them back to you, and process them to deliver the service, and nothing beyond that. We do not use your writing for marketing, we do not publish it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Your journal outlives your subscription. You can export and print everything you have written, at any time, including after you stop paying. We built it that way on purpose.

Third-party training in the L&D Engine. The Engine recommends training from other providers alongside our own, ranked by fit rather than by who owns it, with our own content marked as ours. We do not own third-party content, we do not control it, and we are not responsible for it. Buying it is between you and that provider.

Feedback. If you send us ideas for improving Cultiv8Hub, we may use them without obligation to you. We will not use anything confidential you send us.

14.Availability

We aim to keep Cultiv8Hub available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

We may change, add or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and offer a pro-rata refund.

15.Ending your access

You can stop at any time. Nothing renews on its own, so stopping simply means not buying the next term. You can close your account from your profile, or ask us at connect@cultiv8hub.com. Export your journal first.

We may end or suspend your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails and stays unpaid after we have asked, or if we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or we have no choice, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.

On closure: your access ends and your data is deleted or anonymized on the timetable in the Privacy Policy. We do not delete financial records we are required to keep.

16.Our liability

We provide Cultiv8Hub with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any other warranty, and in particular we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will follow from using it.

We are not liable for:

  • decisions you or your organization make on the basis of assessment results, reports or AI output;
  • loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
  • indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
  • loss or corruption of data caused by something outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

17.Indemnity for organizational customers

If you are an organization, you will indemnify us against claims arising from your failure to have the right to give us personal data about your people, or your failure to give your people the notices you were required to give them, or your use of results in a way section 11 prohibits.

18.Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email or by a notice in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect, the same notice period we already give for a List price change. Continuing to use Cultiv8Hub after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not, you may close your account; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, on the same no-refund basis as section 9.

Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.

19.General

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if our business is sold, and we will tell you.
  • These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and anything shown at checkout, are the whole agreement between us.

20.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before going to court, please write to us at connect@cultiv8hub.com. Most things are fixable in an email, and we would genuinely rather fix them.
