The mentor who remembers every word of your journey.
Burnout does not announce itself. It shows up as the meeting you cannot face, the decision you keep putting off, the fog where clear thinking used to be. The Cultiv8tor is the conversation that gives you your mind back. 18 to 24 structured sessions, built on who you actually are. Always there between them. Yours full time.
36 questions, your 8C Leadership Profile, and five messages with your mentor. Free, no card needed.

What it actually gives you
A clear mind to think with, not just a voice to talk to.
Burnout is not about being tired. It is about carrying decisions you cannot make clearly, conversations you keep putting off, and a calendar that never leaves room to think. The Cultiv8tor does not just listen. It helps you untangle what is actually going on, so you can lead with a clear head instead of surviving on adrenaline.

Name the real problem
Most leaders know something is wrong but cannot pin it down. The mentor asks the question that finds it, so you stop solving the wrong thing.

Stop carrying it alone
The weight halves the moment you say it out loud to someone who will not judge, will not gossip, and will not forget what you said last time.

Think clearly again
When the fog lifts, the decisions that felt impossible start looking like decisions again. That is what the people who finish the program keep saying first.
Why not just find a human mentor?
A Rs. 50,000 an hour relationship, without the hour, the invoice, or the judgment.
For less than Rs. 83 a day.

A mentor this good usually charges Rs. 50,000 an hour
Executive coaches typically charge $200 to $600 an hour, and the ICF's own North American average is $297. In Sri Lanka, a single session runs Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 75,000, averaging Rs. 50,000 per hour.
The Cultiv8tor costs less per month than one of those hours costs per minute block, and it is there the moment you need it, not when the invoice makes sense.

Human mentors forget where you left off
47% of HR leads name a mentor's own lack of time and availability as the single biggest reason mentoring programs fail.
The Cultiv8tor opens every session already holding your whole journey: what you worked through last time, what you named as true, what changed. Never a re-introduction.

Honesty needs zero judgment
Research on mentoring finds the power difference itself makes mentees hold back the very things they most need to say out loud.
There is no power difference here and no ego to protect. Nothing you say is ever read by an employer, and nothing you admit is ever held against you.

You are not tired. You are burning out.
55% of the workforce is experiencing burnout right now. Most of them are still showing up, still answering emails, still saying they are fine.
A weekend off does not undo months of carrying more than you were built to carry alone. The Cultiv8tor sees the pattern before it swallows the next six months, names what is actually happening, and gives you back the clear head to decide what to do about it.
Start with the assessment
Answer 36 questions and the Cultiv8tor builds your 8C Leadership Profile and a personal journey plan. Then sit with your mentor for five free conversations to talk through what came up and start working on it. The profile, the plan, and the conversations are all yours to keep, whether or not you go on with the full program.
The people who try it do not keep it to themselves. They send it to the person they most want to see grow.

How the mentoring works
A journey with a map, not a chatbot with opinions.
- 1
It gets to know you first
A free intake conversation and your 8C profile, before any money changes hands. The mentoring is built on who you actually are.
- 2
You get a journey plan
A personal map of where you are and where the work leads, so every session has a direction and nothing meanders.
- 3
18 to 24 structured sessions
One focused conversation every 3 to 5 days, so there is time to practise what came up before you sit down again.
- 4
Between sessions, it is still there
The hard moment never waits for Thursday. Message it the night before the difficult conversation, or at 2 in the morning.
- 5
After the program, it stays with you
The structured journey ends. The relationship does not. Your mentor keeps your whole history and keeps walking with you.
Your journey, not a script
What the Cultiv8tor already knows before you say hello
Your free intake, your 8C Leadership Profile and your most recent journal entries all travel with you into every session. Nothing has to be re-explained, and the moment you raise a real situation, an actual conversation you are dreading, a decision due Friday, the Mentor works it honestly with you before returning to the plan.
Intake profile
Your values, your best moments as a leader, how you rate yourself across your real domains, and where you are headed.
8C Leadership Profile
Baseline at intake, then reassessed at the midpoint and the end, so growth is measured, not assumed.
Recent journal entries
“Held back in standup again instead of naming the real problem.”
You were told plainly the Mentor can read these, so it does, up to your five most recent.
Six moments it is built for
This is what the relationship actually feels like.
Example conversations, written to show the Cultiv8tor's real manner: one reflective question at a time, and a memory that holds your whole journey.
The night before a hard conversation
Tomorrow I ask for the raise. I have rewritten the opening line nine times.
Put the script down for a second. If the answer were already yes, what would you want your manager to remember about how you asked?
That I was calm. That I was not apologising for it.
Then that is the rehearsal. Not the words, the posture. Read me your first line once more, and this time notice where the apology hides in it.
The day it stopped meaning anything
I just sat through a whole strategy meeting and I did not care about a single word. That used to be the thing I lived for.
The thing worth paying attention to is not what happened in that meeting. It is the distance between who sat in that chair today and who used to live for it. When did the gap open?
I do not know. It was not one thing. It just crept in.
It always creeps. And the creeping is why most people only name it months after it started. You are naming it now. That matters more than you think. What would it take to close even a small part of that gap?
Sunday, 11:40 pm
Cannot sleep. I keep replaying the meeting where I froze.
I am here. Before we replay it again, one question. Are you replaying it to learn from it, or to punish yourself with it?
Punish, probably. Learning stopped an hour ago.
Thank you for being straight about that. Most people would have said learning. Replaying it at midnight feels like work, which is exactly what makes it so hard to put down. It is not work. It is the mind trying to get control of something that has already happened. The meeting will still be there in the morning, and so will I. So tell me instead what you would say to a friend who froze in that same room.
When the real problem is not the one you brought
My manager passed me over for the project lead again. I think she just does not rate me.
Before we talk about her, I want to check something. You said the same thing about your previous manager eighteen months ago. Different person, same sentence. What if the pattern is not about them?
I had not even noticed that. What are you saying?
I am saying that twice now you have waited to be chosen instead of asking to be considered. That is not a manager problem. That is a permission problem. Whose permission are you still waiting for?
My father's, probably. He never thought this career was real.
Now we are talking about the real thing, and it took something to say it out loud. That sentence has been sitting underneath every promotion you did not ask for. Finding it is not a small thing, and it is not something to crack open in the last ten minutes of a session. So let it sit this week, and notice when it speaks. Next time we start here, on what it looks like to stop auditioning for a role you have already earned.
When work follows you home
My daughter asked me last night why I am always angry. I am not angry. I am just exhausted. But she is seven. She does not see the difference.
She might be seeing it more clearly than you are. Exhaustion you have not dealt with does not stay inside. It leaks. Who else in your house has stopped asking how your day was?
My wife stopped asking weeks ago. I thought she was just busy.
Or she learned that the answer was always fine and the tone was always short. That is not a family problem. That is a boundary you have not drawn at work, and your family is paying the price for it. What would you need to protect at home that you are currently giving away at the office?
My evenings. I keep checking messages after dinner. I tell myself it is just five minutes.
It is never five minutes, and you already know that. Your daughter just gave you the most honest performance review you will get all year. And you did the hard part already, which was hearing it instead of explaining it away. What is one thing you could put down tonight?
Six months in
Team offsite went well. I actually led the retro myself.
Six months ago you told me speaking first in a room felt like standing on a ledge. I want you to hear your own sentence again: I led the retro myself.
Huh. I had genuinely forgotten I said that.
I had not. That is what I am for. Where does the ledge show up next?

What comes with it
You are never buying just the mentor.
The Cultiv8tor carries the rest of the platform with it. What that means depends on who is buying, so both answers are below rather than only the flattering one.
Buying for yourself
One subscription carries all of it. The Cultiv8tor brings the Conscious Leadership Program, the L&D Engine and every Starter with it, for as long as you subscribe. There is no cheaper tier holding some of it back.
Buying for an organization
A Cultiv8tor seat carries the L&D Engine, the Conscious Leadership Program and every Starter for that person, for as long as the seat is active. Buying Essentials once, per user, is what makes their course access permanent.

An executive coach charges about Rs. 25,000 for a single session. Your journey here is 18 to 24 of them, over about 5 to 6 months, with me here in between and after the last one for as long as you subscribe, and the Leadership Program and L&D Engine come with it.
Start to finish, that is Rs. 12,450 to Rs. 14,940.
The honest fine print
Real caps, stated up front. No asterisks anywhere else on this page.
How many messages do I get?
250 every calendar month, resetting on the first. A session is capped at 25 messages in one sitting, which is deliberately generous, and a plain greeting never counts. The recommended rhythm uses roughly 100 to 150 a month, so there is real headroom.
What if I run out?
Reload AI Credits top you up: 70 messages for Rs 490, or 180 messages for Rs 990. Unlike the monthly allowance they never expire, and they are only drawn on once the monthly messages are spent.
Is it really private?
Yes. Nothing said to the Cultiv8tor is ever read by an employer, not even an organization's own admins. The honesty the mentoring depends on is protected by design, not by policy.
Is this therapy?
No, and the mentor will tell you so itself. The Cultiv8tor is a leadership mentor. It works on what leadership actually runs into: exhaustion, boundaries, resentment, the conversation you keep putting off, the pattern that shows up at work and then again at home. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it is not therapy or crisis support. When something belongs with a therapist or a doctor, the mentor says so plainly instead of holding it, and if you are in crisis please reach a qualified professional or your local emergency services. The two are not in competition, and plenty of people do both.
What happens when the sessions end?
The structured program is 18 to 24 sessions, and when it ends the mentor does not leave. You keep full time access to it, holding your whole history, available between and beyond the sessions whenever you need it, for as long as your subscription runs.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free tier includes a 5-message trial of the mentor plus the full intake, your 8C profile and your journey plan, so you meet it properly before deciding. The trial upgrades to full access on purchase.
The version of you six months from now starts with the conversation you have today.
Every week you wait is a week it cannot remember for you. The assessment, your profile, and five conversations with your mentor are free. No card needed.
Then Rs. 2,490 a month if you want the full journey. Founding rate until 31 December 2026.
